I thought everything was fine, but after my car was serviced, I drove the car for over 50 miles as was advised by Jose and it still did not pass the smog check. The technician told me that it was because my car had been recently reset and he said it passed except for the OBDII and that I needed to drive my car and additional 50 miles. I drove it a total of 120 miles and it still failed. I contacted Jose and he asked that I text him the report from the smog check and I did. He text back that he'd contact me the next day. That was on Sept. 14th. He never contacted me since. I drove my car over the weekend to get more miles on it as this is what the technician and Jose told me needed to be done. Well, Sunday, Sept. 19th, the check engine light came back on. I have sent email messages to Yourmechanic and texts to Jose and have not been given the courtesy of a response from anyone of them! I am out hundreds of dollars and here I am right back where I was before any work was done on my car! I should have learned my lesson from some past issues with this company! I guess I will have to file a complaint with the state of California!
