First time using your service, and Alex was great
Michael replaced the brakes and rotors on my truck. The brakes squeaked after installation but he suggested that noise will go away after driving the car for a while. It has been almost a month now and unfortunately the brakes are still making a rubbing noise even without applying the brake peddle. I contacted Michael 3 times and left him voicemails and texts without any answer. I had to contact customer service to send another mechanic to fix the problem and they're charging me $100 for inspection. I will never use Your Mechanic again.
