Hugo is excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Very personable and a nice guy.
This is my first time using the service. Jarius was very responsive and gave me peace of mind. He arrived early at my house and patiently waiting. He is also very honest and instructed me on how to use my own parts and replaced broken parts without charging me extra.
Hugo was very nice an cordial, however the work was either done improperly or with faulty parts and my car doesn't run and I have gotten nothing but a runaround from Your Mechanic. I think they are a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience overall and still trying to resolve the issues I spent hundreds of dollars for.
