Derrick has done some work on my Durango and Pilot on two separate occasions. Both time he was prompt, fast and efficient. I like YourMechanic services to begin with, but in the future I am going to book Derrick when I have a repair. I have alot of confidence in his skills and ability.
My appointment with Lavell for my 1992 Miata was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., and, much to my surprise, he arrived around 1:35 p.m. to replace the starter. This was not the first time he arrived early due to schedule changes. I was very thankful and appreciative. Lavell is extremely knowledgeable, a complete professional, efficient, and communicates well. I will not hesitate to call him again for future repairs.
