Regarding my Toyota 2001 XL. I required several automotive services to be done. The car needed the following: Timing Belt, Water Pump , Power Steering Belt & Serpentine Belt Replacement: Spark Plugs & Valve Cover Gasket replacement; 02 Oxygen Sensor Replacement ( Code p1135) PVC Valve Replacement: Drivers side door handle Replacement: Throttle Body Maintenance: This was my first time using Auto Mechanic online for Automotive Service: My appointment was set-up for 02/19/2018 Presidents day. The technician to performed the above mentioned automotive service was Mr. Jamahl Walker. On my appointment date Mr. Jamahl Walker showed up as promised at 08;55 am ahead of the scheduled appointment time. From the moment of introducing himself, he was extremely courteous and respectful. He provided an overview of his automotive training and stated that his father was a master mechanic and worked under him for several years. Indeed! it was a pleasure watching how Jamahl performed and install the various parts on my car. He could explain how the various parts worked in conjunction with each other. At the end of the day I highly recommend Mr. Jamahl Walker and his workmanship. On a scale of 1 thru 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 highest I rate Mr. Jamahl Walker a 5+++++.
