Faraz was amazing. Very quick and super informative. Someone called my apartment security on him for fixing my car in the parking lot and he brushed it off and had no issue with it. I’ll definitely use Faraz for future mechanical issues. Sorry they called security haha
Richard was on time for the service and completed the service within the allocated time. He also cleaned and took care of Valve cover and sides as well without leaving greasy oil before replacing the gasket. Unfortunately, the gasket didn't fit and had to be exchanged at the store, even then he still had that smile on his face and didn't show any frustration. He did post check before leaving and my car is now back on road.
