Dexter is very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and organized. He was able to deal with a situation where he was provided the wrong part very efficiently. Dexter also took time to explain possible future fixes that would be required to the vehicle and clearly articulated why and when it should be done. Thank you Dexter!
