Attila was able to give me a temporary solution and gave me an estimate for the full repair. Now I can fill the gas tank!
Jose was an hour late for the appointment due to traffic on 19. While he did call prior and during this time to keep me updated, and I understand the issue with 19, that's quite a long time. During the appointment, Jose was courteous, well-mannered, and professional. There were some pricing issues that I have a concern about, but I do not believe that was Jose's fault.
He was late and said he messaged me but it never went through so I had to call and ask Gabriela what happened? He also did not clean up after and left big greasy finger prints on the windows and back seat, The cable itself is not working smoothly like the original did and now the fuel door pops open on its own so I have to close it 1-3 times in a row. I’m going to see if it continues and if I have to call you back for the 4th time since November, so all in all not happy.
