Did a great job replacing my starter - on a cold rainy day. I had a canopy tent over the hood of the car but it was a miserable day. Collins tackled the job with no complaints and did a great efficient job. Highly recommend.
David was outstanding! He was well prepared - showing up early to the appointment - communicating ahead of time that he would be there ahead of schedule. Additionally, David was able to complete the service in less time than anticipated. Upon completion of the service, he made a recommendation for additional services needed - but did it in a way that let me make the decision in a very consultative fashion. I highly recommend David for your next service!
