He really took the time to try and resolve my issue and although it was not able to be fixed on this visit, I am very happy with the effort that was put in. He takes pride in his work and was very compassionate towards my situation.
Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why the axle slipped out. I will be using him again. He was quick and professional and after a bad experience with a mobile mechanic through another company, I am happy to say I have faith in mobile mechanics again.
