Nick was awesome! He showed on time, asked me questions about what I was experiencing instead of just starting work. He showed that he actually wanted to fix a problem like a great mechanic should. He recommended services and explained why they would extend the life of my vehicle and I honestly felt like it was no BS advice and I love it.
