Helder texted and came early. He was to replace damaged splash shield cover parts. I got the parts, but alas I got some wrong parts. Helder reworked and repaired defective parts. Very creative mechanic. I thought I would have to pay and reschedule. Helder saved the day. He did leave a wooden block on a wheel..
In dealing with Your Mechanic for the first time, my appointment was cancelled 6 times just before the appointment. That stays in my mind and prevents me from giving Helder 5 stars.
