I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 12/12 @3:30 pm. I would have preferred an earlier date and time but nothing was available. Alex sent me a message to inquire about completing my service on 12/9 as he had an opening.
Alex was very professional and friendly. He found the issue with my vehicle in half the time allotted and he showed me what the problem was. I received his diagnosis and repair quote before he asked me to come outside. I will definitely be using this company for future repairs and recommending to others.
