What a gem Kevin is! Great communications, he called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled (yay!), he was very knowledgeable and patient, he answered all my questions and offered great recommendations/ideas resulting in a very reasonable fix for my problem - and he even offered a very quick, inexpensive and creative idea for future issues, if any. Happy happy! Next time I have a car issue, I will definitely want to hire Kevin!
