As always Shawn is early, polite, respectful, uses his time and resources effectively. He gets right to work and always takes time out to explain anything I may have questions for. Shawn is the only mechanic who will touch my wife's Hyundai, my Saab and the Toyota I our fleet. Thanks again Shawn for a job well done! Will definitely request again!
