She was on time to start with and did a complete check on the prior to proceeding with the repair. She was spot on with the tools and mechanisms. One could easily tell she's an expert at what she does. The repairs were done in an hour as opposed to the suggested hour and half. She took time to explain the working, principle and anticipated changes in the way the car handled. In short Clarissa is fantastic and highly recommended.
