Misdiagnosed steering slack in a steering gear box to be caused by a missing steering stabilizer. The vehicle was in park and was off and the steering had inches of play. The steering gearbox was installed by them previously but left un-adjusted which left the play in the steering. Garron was here to inspect the warranty claim and his above diagnosis was what he thought was the cause of the play. I was charged $80 for the "inspection" then I spent another $250 to get a stabilizer installed and problem is still there same as before.
