Outstanding! Andrew arrived early, was very professional and extremely competent. He completed the job and fixed the stuff I messed-up under the estimated time. I even received a refund for parts that weren’t used. I feel I got more than I paid for and quicker than I expected. Andrew is my new favorite mechanic.
I don't think I could be any happier with my experience with Robert than I am. Robert is extremely capable and professional. He was straightforward and clear about what my car needed and what it didn't need. Robert and YourMechanic made the process of dealing with a major repair very easy and incredibly convenient. I see no reason to use any other mechanic.
This was my first experience with Your Mechanic, and I couldn't be more pleased. Robert reached out via text soon after I scheduled my appointment. He stayed in touch throughout the day and, as a result, he was able to get to my car 2 hours earlier than scheduled. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. It wasn't a surprise to hear that my car needs more than a simple repair. Robert presented two reasonably-priced plans of action and gave practical advice about what to do until I can schedule the work. I will request Robert to do that work.
