Matt arrived on-time, in fact he was a few minutes early, which I liked. He communicated with me before, during and after his work. Seems like a good guy and mechanic.
When the mechanic was 30 minutes late, I contacted the 800 number to ascertain status. Was told the 855 number rep would contact mechanic & call me back with status. That did not occur. At 1 hour & 20 minutes late the mechanic finally called me to provide some excuse of personal car issues. Mechanic chose to depart without connecting with me. Vehicle wouldn't start. Headlight that wasn't previously out was/is now out. Maybe Michael was not having a good day. But his performance did not leave me with a positive outlook on product "yourmechanic" provides. Please advise.
