I had already checked the code on my cars computer. It indicated that the car was missing on the first cylinder. I did not reset it, I could have because you charged me 89$ to reset it which I could have done. My battery is fine. But my spark plugs and spark plug wires were the problem. You just took my money and delayed me having to wait for a real mechanic to fix my car. That cost 1600$. My tires did not need rotation you should have seen the were brand new, just 2 weeks old. And I already had an appointment for December 1st for an oil change. I am very very disappointed in your service. I am not sure if you treated me this way because I am a woman, or because you didn't really want to work that day. I would never recommend you or this company's services, I will actually malign your services to anyone I even suspect that is thinking about using you.
