My experience with Carlos was very horrible. First, he brought another guy with him, to repair my car while he just did inspections. while the other guy worked under the hood and damaged my gear system. I then texted Carlos to come back and told him what had happened to my car and he said he would come back and fix the problem. He never showed up or texted me. I had to call and complain about this matter which leads to rebooking an appointment with him to find out he wasn't at fault at all for damaging my car. I called the manager to find out Carlos had lied and said he never brought anyone with him to repair my car when clearly it's on my camera I had. thank god for that because I would have been out of luck. I would never ever recommend this mechanic stay away. p.s it's a shame how a customer has to prove that there are right by providing camera footage when customers suppose to be always right
