David came to the appointment having already read up on my vehicle, make and model. He located the problem very quickly even though it was a very small crack in a very difficult to see location. He also was able to answer my question regarding the possiblity that this fault could cause another problem that I had notice. He then had me demonstrate he was correct. David was very nice and easy to deal with and left me with confidence in his concerns and abilites. I will ask for David for any auto problems and repairs. BFK
