My first time using this app/service and Chris was assigned to my appointment scheduled for 6pm but received a phone saying he could come earlier which was great! Chris did way more work than expected for what was supposed to be a much more simple job, removing and reinstalling the radiator and fan to get to the troubled crank harmonic balancer. Chris went completely above and beyond making sure everything was back together and clean and working before finishing the job. Definitely will be recommending Chris to family and friends. Great guy, great work, great experience. Thank you so much!
