My impression of Hani's work hasn't changed from the last review.
This is the second time Manual has worked on my 03 G35. It was just a minor service. but whenever I had a question he would take the time and answer. I tried not to bug him too much! Thank you again Mr Sanchez, I appreciate your experience. I highly recommend him as a technician.
Hani was on time, let me know the air filter just needed to be cleaned (is a K&N), but then dropped the news about the oil leak...rear main seal BUMMER hate those, expensive!! He gave me a way better quote than the dealer of course ($1700) so I will make arrangements with him to get that fixed.
Patrick was a nice young man and worked very quickly. I appreciated that he let me look at the old parts and took time to explain the next repair that my car will need (valve cover gaskets) and reassured me that the car will be fine until I am able to call out for service again. Thank you so much, Patrick!!
Well...I had an issue with a previous job, partially my fault, and when Chris pulled up he was not happy with the situation. He ended up fixing the issue and, again, went above and beyond to fix my car. I can't thank you enough, Chris, for taking on the job and whatever else you did my car is AGAIN running better than before.
