Michael is personable, knowledgeable and competent. He is on time and and prepared. I’ve never dealt with a better Auto mechanic.
Very punctual and very professional. Got work done in time and with minimal interruption. Definitely will use the service again and especially this mechanic. Appreciated honest evaluation re:status of my car. No hard sell or anything like that.
Dante was great. The process, red tape & service from the corporate side to just use a Groupon was not so good. Even worse was the amount of time it took for me to get a customer service call back or email response.
