Marcos replaced my water pump on my 2000 Mazda B3000 truck, from the start I knew my truck was in good hands. He answered all my questions, and explained everything in understandable terms. I recommend Marcos to anyone looking for a resourceful and knowledgeable mechanic, with excellent customer service.
Williams is nice. But all the parts he requested for my car. Doug your other mechanic stated. I didn't need any of those parts. For over a week now I have been waiting for the warranty department to give me a call and make a settlement with me in regards to all the parts I paid for. I've called numerous times only to be put on hold for a long time and told that the warranty department would call me back. Customer service is everything when you have a business. Without good customer service your business will not flourish. I'm asking for the warranty department to call me back as stated a week ago. Please let's resolve this. Thank you Dana
