Carlos was very nice and thorough, explained everything to me. Showed me exactly what was wrong with my car fixed it and got me back on the road.
Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest
Broke a sensor on my engine and tried to glue it back on. Then instead of trying to figure out why the car wouldn’t start just said “this is a common issue in Audi I’d recommend just bringing it to Audi to repair it”. Charged for 50 inspection but never performed inspection
