A 5 star tech. Excels in every aspect of providing service in knowledge as well as personality. I could go on and on but I think this says it all.
Jonathan arrived on time & got right to work. He wore a mask due to COVID. He finished in an hour & started the car to make sure it ran well. He also told me I needed an oil change and he cleaned up after himself! All wonderful!!
Other than being a very good/competent mechanic, he was a very nice guy. I loved how thorough he was in identifying areas of concern. He wasn’t “selling”, but rather advising. I like doing business with people like Dean. I trust him.
