Nice guy, but he COMPLETELY mis-diagnosed my car. The obvious was recommended... To replace a leaky top radiator hose. The actual diagnosis would have been figuring out what caused it to leak (or if it was just worn out). The hose was just replaced 2 years prior, so it wasn't worn out. But he would have had no idea what was wrong anyway because he had absolutely NO diagnostic engine testing equipment with him. He arrived over an hour late (he did notify me by text) and he had nothing with him. No tools, no diagnostic equipment, no nothing (maybe a flashlight). The few tools he did use, were all mine. How was he going to properly diagnosis my car's problem... (almost impossible). THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS = HEAD GASKET
