Augie is very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and I felt like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend him and the service to anyone who needs service or repairs. I was not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The only hitch was that the wrong part was ordered, but Augie quickly worked with the company to find the right part located about 5 minutes away.
