Diagnosed problem and let me know it was a different part of the drive belt. Got it fixed quickly.
Diagnosed the problem was with the power steering hose instead of the pump, when the dealer said it was the pump. We rescheduled for the following day, so he could pick up the part. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
This was my second appointment with Juan. He is very knowledgable & helpful. He explains and shows you everything he has worked on and gives you tips on how to keep your car in good shape. I highly recommend Juan & will request him for my next service.
Juan showed up on time and was able to block out his schedule and book our follow-up appointment so we could have him finish up the work we needed. He was very patient and took the time to explain and show us some things on the car that will help keep it running. Thank you Juan!
