Jason arrived at the agreed time. He clearly explained the problems he found during inspection. He completed the job (battery replacement) efficiently. Jason was very pleasant to deal with.
During the inspection during a visit for a battery replacement, Jason discovered that the serpentine belt was splitting and recommended replacement. Jason completed the belt replacement on this visit. Both service visits were well handled.
