Keith showed up on time. Answered all my questions. He put down a tarp in the work area to protect my driveway. He stuck to the quote and did not treat the mechanical work as a sales opportunity.
I registered online for a mechanic at 1pm. James called at 2pm. Arrived with battery at 3pm and replaced battery quickly and did 50 pt inspection of my vehicle. Very efficient. I will call again when vehicle needs repair.
