Very pleasant experience with ken, his very knowledgeable about his profession and explains things about what his doing. Courteous, very professional and no shortcuts. Your business is lucky to have h in your team.
Michael was fantastic! He was very professional, showing up 10 minutes early (he msged), and patiently waited a few minutes for me to come outside to the car. He was friendly but got right to work. About an hour later, on schedule, and he was done - my Hummer’s passenger rear window regulator/motor was replaced and working perfectly. He even found a nickel I had mentioned I’d lost in the door. I’m extremely pleased with the service and the price - the very reasonable quote was the exact price as first shown in the app (no changes), paid before the appointment (Afterpay is an option, which is nice). For any future work that could be done with this mobile service, I would definitely use YourMechanic again and I would absolutely seek out Michael, specifically. Thanks for a great experience all-around!!
