Nicholas is awesome. He is always on time. He explains everything carefully and he is very patient and kind. His customer service skills are great and his knowledge is top rate.

Nicholas was patient and kind with this old lady's questions and very professional. He was very clear with his explanations of what he did and what needs to be done to my car. I will happily trust him with my car again.
Nicholas is always professional, respectful and kind. He explains everything in plain English before doing the work. I appreciate him more than he could know. He has worked on my car 3 times dealing with several different issues. I trust him with my car completely. Nicholas has been a lifesaver concerning my car. He worked on my car in 20° te.perature and 5 inches of snow.
Doesn't know much but the basics. I loaned him some of my tools upon arrival (5/8 spark plug socket & extension). Told me what I already knew. I ain't paying $70 for something I already know. I have an electrical short somewhere and I know it. YOURMECHANIC does BASIC auto repair, nothing too involved. I was doing a timing belt job on my wife's 2005 4.7 4runner, while this guy was telling me what he thinks is the problem. Mranwhile, he's driving a car that is in need of some serious service itself. I'm sorry, but I gave it a try and it's a no go. Two big thumbs way down!! 😤
