I was extremely impressed with Mr. Puckett's professionalism. Once I gave him an idea of what my Mini Cooper was doing, he seemed to know what the problem was. He tested it, and boom, it was diagnosed. And he was honest and fair on the price. I added his name and phone number to my contacts.
He was polite and professional. He did let me know that he was running late so I appreciate that. The only thing that could be different would be show me that you did the work. I can only assume that my oil was changed.
