2nd time using. Highly recommended.

This dude drove all the way from wherever he came from, changed 1 coil in a V8 engine, left the other 7 coils in their brand new boxes and went home claiming the title of the job said ignition coil and not ignition coils. Meanwhile, his parts quotation asked for 8 coils which I provided. Can you believe that? He did 1 out of 8. So, in actuality my 1 out of 5 rating is even generous. I am not making this up. I am still in shock. He also thought offering me a free 50 pt check was going to appease me. Of course, I rejected that and let him go back to wherever he came from. The company did send someone else to come and clean up his mess, so I give them credit, free of further charges because I had paid for 8 coilS to be replaced not 1 coil. That was my experience.

First of all he canceled my first appointment due to the cold temperatures outside with no penalty just inconvenience to me but I would have been charged $29 if I canceled the appointment. He reschedules for 3 days later. At the end of the appt, I learnt nothing new and the status of my car did not change. He was preoccupied with the temperature outside in January in New Jersey and meeting his next appointment. If a service I had already paid for was in the way, then it was coming off the service list, so did my brakes which still needs attention from someone else as I speak. He told me I needed to fix my exhaust, I knew that already and I was charged $100 for that and my car is still in the same state. I have no reason to be happy or satisfied with this service appointment if you call it that and I thought I had found the solution to my car repair challenges. NOT! I guess I might try them again after I build a garage, increase the temperature outside by 50 degrees and need help with changing my wiper blades or something light weight like that cos this guy is not built for any meaningful work at least not today Jan 8. The search for solutions continues.
