John showed up 15 min early with a smile on his face, showing that he truly enjoys what he does. I took care of some things inside and went back out 15 min later and he was just about done (front brake pads change). John was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, professional. If you use this service, ask for John Conner by name. You will NOT be disappointed.
