On time. Explained the process to me and answered question to insure me the right oil was being used. I’m going to change out my spark plugs and a few other things and I’ll use John again for this work.
Outstanding mechanic and very nice gentleman. Let me watch as he performed the service and explained to me what was happening. I will continue to use John at every available opportunity. When you find a good mechanic for European vehicles, you need to book them.
