He was Awesome and enjoy working with him very hard worker and Dedication to his performance.
Justin was very prompt and gave good advice. He was very methodical in his approach and went through all the diagnostics patiently. He narrowed down what the issue was and identified the part that needed to be replaced. I appreciated his diligence.
He was prompt and courteous. He asked very carefully worded questions to get the information from me without making me feel like I did not know what I was doing (which I did not). He quickly got to the root of the problem, gave me the necessary advice and help, and was gone. Very efficient.
