Very friendly, respectful and professional. He knew everything about my car and explained things to me step by step. I will be requesting him in the future for any other problems. I feel very confident with him working on my car. Yes he is my mechanic.
Jacob did an amazing job on my Audi. He was both professional and flexible with the work done. We couldn't find the wheel lock on my rim and he volunteered to reschedule our appointment the next day. Because of him, I'll continue to use yourmechanic.com.
