He communicated very clearly and did an excellent job picking up where the previous mechanic left off. He unfortunately was tasked with giving us the new that the engine needed more repairs at another facility but was able to give an excellent recommendation. Would use again!
Sam was great! He showed up on time and got my brake flush done in about an hour. He helped to clear the service message in my dash and even pointed me in the right direction for service that may need to be done on my clutch at the Mini dealership. Thanks for the solid work! I love the convenience and plan to be a repeat customer.
The entire experience was amazing. I needed to change a little in the service plan and he called me before the visit to discuss the changes. He did what was most important that night and we have scheduled the remainder of the repair for a week later (when it worked with our schedule). Since this repair was on the car my daugther has in a state across the country. I particularly liked the very thorough notes, recordings and picturese that were taken describing the service on the car. Will always request Levi for service int he future.
