Danny was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure the problems were fixed properly and explained every step he took so that I understood what he was doing and why.
Unfortunately, the next time I drove this car the radiator burst open because there was no space between the fan and the new radiator. I have clear pictures of the old radiator showing the hole that was dug into it. Also left anti-freeze stains in the street that I didn't care about but my neighbors sure did complain to me. I have been so far unsuccessfully trying to quietly deal with getting the almost 500 dollars that I had to spend at a shop to do the same job when I got stranded across state. I wanted to avoid writing negative reviews but that was at the end June and it is now almost the end of November. I keep getting cycled back through customer services emails. Whenever I try to call I am on hold for an ACTUAL hour and never get anyone live.
