Came on time. Had an issue with a faulty part, but rectified the issue the next day.
Miguel was friendly and courteous and easy to work with.
Diana was punctual and professional. She worked steadily and got the job done. I drove the car immediately after and the difference with the pads and rotors replaced in the front is a noticeable one. I am so happy to have found this service and also Diana who is a Master Mechanic.
Diana really knows cars. She is diligent and pays attention to the small details. She taught me so much about the Infiniti that I just bought. It was a "pre-purchase" inspection, but I already bought the car. She really gave me a list of things that need to be done right now for me to operate the care safely. I gave her a 20 dollar tip and didn't realize 2 bills were stuck together and it was actually 40. She gave me the extra money back. She is really skilled, honest, and explains down to small details and examples. She's an excellent mechanic and I'm really happy to have found her on the app!!!
