Had mechanic come out to do a diagnostic on car. Mechanic looked over engine and took computer reading for codes. When looking at the engine he diagnosed that due to corrode on spark plugs car will not start. He suggested to change out front three spark plugs should do the trick. Later in the week changed spark plugs and car still will not start. Did a full tune up to the car and the issue still wasn't resolved. Called to speak with the mechanic and got the run around from the MyMechanic company. Company said that they will get in contact with the mechanic and have him call me to get the issue resolved. I never got a call from the mechanic nor a follow up with the company. I will never do business with this company again.
