!st Time using service, Dameron's work performance was very professional & focused & communicative.. Satisfied with experience, will use mechanical service in the future for my auto repairs. Thanks Gerald Burke 11/19/2021
Unfortunately, a learning experience. I had high hopes for YourMechanic, but at this point the home mechanical service is a little less appealing. I had a ((No Start )) issue with my vehicle 12/13/2021. Requested an Inspection and Diagnosis for repairing the problem. Mechanic thought spark plugs, nope that wasn't it. Said he didn't know what was causing the no start issue, The End. I had to tow car to an Auto Repair Shop and encountered an extra cost of $344 for them to Inspect and Repair. There diagnosis was that the ( float lever arm ) on the new fuel pump installed by YourMechanic on the 1st service repair was positioned wrong in gas tank at installation. Suggestion: Maybe YourMechanics should double check there work. Not happy with the unwanted cost. I don't like to give bad reviews but..."Good Grief" Gerald Burke ~~ Greenfield, Indiana 12/20/2021
