Very thorough and knowledgeable mechanic.
TJ arrived promptly. Listened carefully to my description of the problem (not enough pressure coming out of the windshield washer pump) and together we got right to source of the problem. Cleaned the resivoir and pump. Bingo! Back in action without any new parts. He is great addition to your staff, definitely a "keeper".
