Today, Arturo came to replace a broken engine mount and brake pads. He was done in no time, and the car is in great shape. Considering it is almost 19 years old, with 300K+ miles, it's good to know that Arturo will keep it going for a lot more miles.
Thomas came to see about a radiator problem, and showed me the place that was leaking. He came back the next day with a new radiator and thermostat and installed them. He is professional and knows his stuff. I can't say enough about how please I was with Thomas.
Keith really knows his stuff! He came to change my spark plugs, and had to deal with part of the boot stuck to the plug. He used his ingenuity to remove the broken boot, and was able to extract the plug and complete the job. He will definitely be called again for future work.
Arturo was great! He was very professional, explaining each step he took inspecting my vehicle. A few issues were identified, and Arturo sent me an estimate of the cost to make several repairs. I will be calling him in the near future to take care of those fixes. Thanks to you, Arturo. A+++++++++
