Perfect experience from start to finish. Arrived 2 minutes early, explained what work he would perform. Took car for test drive to verify results. Left garage floor spotless. We can't remember the last time a dealership mechanic actually test drove one of our cars after servicing, this was by far one of the best repair experiences of our lives. Great job, Shaun. We will specifically request Shaun next time we need car repair.
