Vadym was very courteous and took the time needed to determine the issue with my car. I thought it was the starter but as it turned out, it was the battery. He did a great job!!!

Vadym was very helpful when fixing my vehicle, the only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the delay in the appointment time, which was not his fault as he does not control his schedule. We scheduled time for 9 am and I did not see him until 11:40 am.

Vadym was great! Although there was a small delay due to waiting on parts, he communicated clearly and found a time that worked well for us both. Once on site, he completed the job quickly and professionally.

Vadym had an emergency and had to cancel my first appointment. Since I had never used My Mechanic before, I was quite upset and did not know whether I could trust them. But he showed up promptly for the rescheduled appointment; he worked very hard and got my problem fixed. I am very happy to have found this service and would certainly recommend it.

Vadym arrived an hour late. He said the part store was not open when he went to pick up the part. He then had to go back to a part store to pick up the correct bulb as the one he got was the wrong one. The price also was higher than quoted because of the bulb problem. I am unlikely to use Your Mechanic again if this is the typical service.
